Deletion Policy for Tripsynq

Tripsynq is committed to ensuring user privacy and providing a seamless option for users to delete their data when they choose to stop using the app.

1. User Data Deletion

Tripsynq allows users to permanently delete their accounts and associated data through the app. Upon request, all user-related information will be removed from our servers.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request data deletion through the following methods:

  • In-App Deletion Option: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm deletion.

3. Data Removal Process

Once a deletion request is received:

  • All personal data including profile information, travel history, photos, and location data will be permanently removed.
  • Deletion requests will be processed within 7 days from the date of request.
  • Data removed through the deletion process cannot be recovered.

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or regulatory compliance, security, fraud prevention, or troubleshooting purposes.
